We welcome you to the Placement time of year for the Class of 2012.

The Class of 2011, secured the highest ever number of offers across an array of industries, functions and geographies. This year, 310 companies made 661 offers to the students, with an overall increase in the number of offers by 22% over last year. The number of domestic offers increased by 19% and that of international offers by 35%.




The Placement season, based on ISB’s pioneering ‘Rolling Placements process’ that kicked-off in January this year saw the participation of 552 of the 569 students of the class. The system is a lateral hiring process that is spread over several months designed to give the best fit to both the students and the recruiters.

The Class of 2012 is a pool of students from varied backgrounds like Consulting, Finance, Marketing, Technology, Medicine and Defence. Many students come with international experience. This not only provides for an environment conducive to healthy exchange of ideas but also ensures a rich classroom experience.

We welcome you to visit the ISB and to spend time with the Class of 2012, acquainting them with the nuances of your industry and your company. Career Advancement Services (CAS) will be available to help you conduct weekend workshops, guest lectures or Pre-Placement talks for our students.

We continue with the rolling placement process which has been well received by the recruiters and students over the last few years. Rolling Placements gives time to both the recruiters and students to make informed decisions.
